NEW CRIME SCENE PHOTOS: Inside the Room Where Joran Van Der Sloot Left Woman Dead

The most chilling is a blood-soaked sheet that is seen lying discarded on the floor with a heavy patch of blood in one particular area. The new crime scene photos were obtained by CBS News.

In another photo, some flowers chillingly sit on top of a side table alongside a television with a side chair and a fan also in view. Disturbingly, some rubbish is scattered underneath the table which also has some police markers on it which could indicate blood, DNA or finger-prints.

The final image has a pink harrow pointing to a mattress stain with a lot of rubbish discarded on the floor which may have happened after a violent struggle.

A source told RadarOnline.com: “These are official police photographs from the crime scene, so, the arrow and the markers indicate areas that the investigators have ‘homed-in on’ for one reason or another.

“With the amount of blood on the sheet and the way the room is trashed, it certainly looks like some violent struggle has taken place inside that room.

“The evidence secured from this area will be crucial in any case being built against Joran van der Sloot.”

RadarOnline.com previously showed the images of Joran van der Sloot’s blood soaked shirt that he was wearing while he allegedly killed Ramirez in the hotel room – another photo shows the victim’s tennis shoe covered in blood.

The exclusive photographs obtained by RadarOnline.com are graphic proof of the violence of the crime and offer a look inside of van der Sloot’s room where the murder happened.

Perhaps the most powerful image is the shirt Joran was wearing while he allegedly committed the murder. These are official crime scene photos and the shirt is soaked with blood that officials say matches Stephany’s blood type. The back of the shirt and collar are drenched in blood, which is also speckled on the front.

Van der Sloot says he hit Stephany in the nose before he killed her.

In one photo taken at the crime scene, a police evidence marker can clearly be seen on a dresser that also holds two cups of coffee and tickets to the Atlantic City casino where van der Sloot and Stephany met.

Van der Sloot, long a suspect in the disappearance and presumed death of Alabama teen Natalee Holloway in Aruba in 2005, has confessed to Stephany’s murder and is being held in Peru.

He has since recanted his confession, claiming he was coerced by police in Peru.

The cups of coffee are significant because he was seen leaving the hotel room and returning with two cups of coffee. The question is when was Stephany killed and if Joran was trying to establish an alibi with the two coffee cups, or did he kill her after returning with the coffee cups.

Stephany's blue tennis shoes with white laces are covered with blood.

Other photos show a Nike shirt belonging to the victim and her blue jeans.

In another photo, Stephany’s objects are lined up, including a cell phone, two lighters and pen and a wallet.

Joran van der Sloot heeft in zijn cel verschillende huwelijksaanzoeken van Peruaanse vrouwen gekregen. ‘Eén wil er zelfs zwanger van me worden,’ vertelt de 22-jarige Van der Sloot, die wordt verdacht van de moord op de 21-jarige Stephany Flores en de verdwijning van de 18-jarige Natalee Holloway, met een grijns.

Joran van der Sloot zegt dat valse beloften van de Peruaanse politie hem tot het ondertekenen van een bekentenis hebben aangezet. 'Als je deze papieren ondertekent, word je uitgeleverd aan Nederland,' werd me steeds voorgehouden. 'In mijn blinde paniek heb ik toen alles ondertekend, maar wist niet eens wat er stond,' aldus Van der Sloot.

Hij doet dat dinsdag in een interview met dagblad de Telegraaf.

Voorgelogen
Van der Sloot stelt daarin opnieuw dat hij is voorgelogen door de Peruaanse politie. Hij zou een bekentenis hebben getekend omdat hij in de veronderstelling was dat hij dan aan Nederland werd uitgeleverd.

Op de vraag of hij de moord op Stephany Flores heeft gepleegd, weigert hij te antwoorden. ‘Daar zeg ik helemaal niets over. Dat mag niet van mijn advocaat.’

Moeder
De moeder van Joran komt hem niet opzoeken in de zwaar bewaakte Castro Castro-gevangenis in Lima. ‘Ik begrijp het, ik heb haar en veel andere mensen te veel pijn gedaan. Had ik maar naar haar geluisterd,’ aldus de berouwvolle zoon.

‘Dat ik hier zit, is mijn eigen schuld. Mijn advocaat heeft me gezegd dat ik hier minstens twee jaar moet blijven. Zo lang duurt het voor het proces begint. Ik probeer er het beste te maken.’

Complot
Maandag weigerde Van der Sloot elke vraag te beantwoorden van de Peruaanse onderzoeksrechter Carlos Morales. Hij werd aan de rechter voorgeleid in zijn cel, in bijzijn van zijn advocaat Máximo Altez.

Van der Sloot vermoedt een complot van de Amerikaanse opsporingsdienst FBI. Er zou volgens Joran een undercoveroperatie tegen hem zijn uitgevoerd. In het hotel waar het lichaam van Stephany Flores werd gevonden, zouden gewoonlijk geen bewakingscamera's gericht zijn op kamer 309.

,,Hij ziet dat als een uitdaging; hij is emotioneel onvolwassen", luidt de conclusie van de Peruaanse specialisten. Van der Sloots gedrag kan zo plots omslaan en hem zijn zelfbeheersing doen verliezen.

"Rechten geschonden"

Volgens uittreksels uit zijn aanvankelijke bekentenis, die hij volgens De Telegraaf terugtrok omdat hij zich eringeluisd voelt, zou van der Sloot de Peruaanse Stephany Flores een elleboogstoot in het gezicht gegeven hebben, alvorens haar te wurgen en te verstikken met zijn shirt. CNN kon delen van de verklaring inkijken: "Er was overal bloed. Wat moest ik toen doen? Ik had bloed op mijn hemd. Er was ook bloed op het bed, dus deed ik mijn hemd uit en propte het in haar gezicht. Ik drukte hard, tot ik Stephany vermoordde."

E-mail over zaak-Holloway
Van der Sloot zou Flores op 30 mei aangevallen hebben omdat ze een e-mail over de zaak-Holloway (waarin de betrokkenheid van de Nederlandse playboy nooit kon worden hard gemaakt, jv) op zijn computer had gelezen. Flores zou na het lezen van de mail eerst zelf Joran in het gezicht geslagen hebben.

"Op dat moment gaf ik haar in een impulsieve reactie een elleboogstoot pal op haar neus", beweerde van der Sloot. "Ik denk dat ze ging flauwvallen. Ik was er zo door aangedaan dat ik haar bij de hals greep en haar een minuut lang wurgde." Joran bedacht toen even dat hij het lijk zou proberen te verstoppen, maar besloot dan toch te vluchten. Op drie juni werd hij in Chili gearresteerd.

"Roofmoord"
Flores' nek bleek gebroken. Ze was dood. Joran had ook haar geld en credit cards gestolen uit haar portefeuille, zei de politie. Aan de Chileense politie had van der Sloot een andere verklaring voor de moord op Flores gegeven. Hij beschuldigde rovers, die hem zouden opgewacht hebben in hotel Tac in Peru. "Er kwam een man met een mes in zijn hand op ons af. Hij raakte haar met het mes in haar gezicht, zodat haar neus bloedde", verklaarde van der Sloot toen.

De overvloedige bewijslast van de Peruaanse politie bracht de Nederlander echter nadien vlug op de knieën en hij bekende de moord. "Nadat ik haar had geslagen, vreesde ik dat ze naar de politie zou stappen en dat ik zou vastgehouden worden voor een impulsieve daad. Ik denk dat ik haar wilde doden omdat ik niet nadacht." (jv)

Lima, Peru (CNN) -- Joran van der Sloot has a low tolerance for frustration and "doesn't value the female role," according to excerpts from a psychological investigation report given to a judge by prosecutors Monday.

According to the document, van der Sloot, suspected of killing a Peruvian woman late last month, "does not tolerate when someone tries to contradict him. It generates in him a challenging attitude."

The report calls him "emotionally immature," which elicits strong changes in behavior that can send him out of control.

"He reflects a certain dominance over the opposite sex. He doesn't value the female role," the document states.

Its adds, "he presents traits of an anti-social personality" and is "indifferent towards others' well being."

Despite this, the report says, "he doesn't show any psychopathological trauma that impedes him from perceiving and evaluating reality."

Also Monday, Van der Sloot told the judge that his rights and due process were violated after his arrest in connection with the killing of Stefany Flores Ramirez, his attorney told CNN.

The judge will decide on the legality of van der Sloot's incarceration by Wednesday, lawyer Maximo Altez said. If the ruling is unfavorable to van der Sloot, Altez said he is prepared to appeal to the highest court.

While in front of the judge, however, van der Sloot declined to give a formal statement on the facts of the case, according to the court. The reason he gave was the ongoing motion for habeas corpus, which he hopes will nullify the statements he gave to police that led to his imprisonment.

Van der Sloot's decision will not hold up the legal proceedings against him, the court said.

Meanwhile, in a Dutch newspaper article published Monday, van der Sloot says he was "tricked" into confessing to the murder of Flores.

Peruvian police told him that if he signed the papers they gave him, he would be transferred to the Netherlands, he told De Telegraaf in a jail interview.

"In my blind panic I signed everything, but never knew what was written on them," he said.

Van der Sloot was twice arrested over the disappearance of Alabama teen Natalee Holloway in Aruba in 2005, but never charged.

His mother said Saturday he was mentally unwell, De Telegraaf reported in what it called an exclusive interview with her.

Van der Sloot went to Peru to escape having to enter the high security section of a psychiatric hospital, Anita van der Sloot said.

She said he suffered severe psychological distress at the early death of his father, for which he blamed himself, she said, without giving further details.

She did not deny that he killed Flores.

She said she spoke to him shortly before Flores died and soon after and that he sounded paranoid, saying he was being "followed and watched," De Telegraaf reported.

Van der Sloot's attorney, Altez, has maintained that the judge in the case should strike down van der Sloot's confession because he was not properly represented when he was interrogated.

But Peruvian police have defended the interrogation and said van der Sloot's confession was acquired legally.

According to transcripts of his confession, van der Sloot said he elbowed Flores in the face before strangling her and then suffocating her with his shirt.

The transcripts -- provided to CNN by a police source -- provide shocking details and give the public its first glimpse of why van der Sloot says the alleged murder took place. The source has not been named because he was not authorized to pass along the material.

"There was blood everywhere," van der Sloot said in the transcripts. "What am I going to do now. I had blood on my shirt. There was also blood on the bed, so, I took my shirt and put it on her face, pressing hard, until I killed Stephany."

Peruvian authorities have charged van der Sloot with murder.

Van der Sloot told authorities he attacked Flores on May 30 after she read an e-mail on his computer connected with the Holloway case.

In the transcript, van der Sloot said that after Flores read the e-mail, she punched him in the face.

"At that moment impulsively, with my right elbow I hit her in the face exactly on top of the nose," van der Sloot said. "I think she started to faint. It affected me so that I grabbed her from the neck and strangled her for a minute."

Van der Sloot said he had a quick thought to try and hide the body but instead fled.

He was arrested in Chile on June 3 and was returned the next day to Peru. Along with killing Flores, who had a broken neck, he took money and bank cards from her wallet, police said.

Van der Sloot told police in Chile a different story of how Flores died when he was arrested there, according to transcripts. He blamed the death on robbers who had waited for him at his hotel in Peru.

"There was a man coming from the access door with a knife in his hand," van der Sloot said. "The man with the knife hit her in the face, making her bleed through the nose."

But Peru authorities said they had overwhelming evidence pointing to van der Sloot, and when he was transferred to Peru, van der Sloot confessed to the crime, police said.

Van der Sloot said he was in Peru for a poker tournament and had met Flores while he was gambling.

Police have said they think van der Sloot killed Flores to steal money she won from gambling.

Van der Sloot offered a different motive.

"After I responded with hitting her, I feared that she would go to the police and they would detain me for what was an impulsive act," van der Sloot said. "I think I wanted to kill her because I wasn't thinking."

Van der Sloot is being held in a high-security area of the Miguel Castro Castro prison where only two of 10 cells are occupied, and he has no contact with inmates in the general prison population.

He is under guard 24 hours a day, authorities have said.

The only other inmate in the area is alleged Colombian hit man Hugo Trujillo Ospina. The two have spent some time together in a common area where there is a television set and weights made of broomsticks and soda bottles, authorities said.

There is the possibility that van der Sloot will be integrated with other segments of the prison population.
